Sanctuary offers land for sale within Islas de Mar, an Iberdrola Real Estate development. These lots allow for the construction of custom residences within a mixed environment of a golf club, lagoon, and Sea of Cortez beachfront.

In 2023, we began developing the digital promotion strategy for the project. We implemented social media communication, the website, and Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, achieving excellent results in generating demand from the target audience, which consists of individuals from Arizona and California in the United States, who showed a clear interest and intention to purchase properties in this location.
